Eric breaks ultimate down into frameworks simple enough to use mid-game. After a workshop on cutting, I immediately used a tip to visualize zones on the field and created more separation from my defender, enough that my teammates complimented me on it! UA is now essential for my practice consistency and specificity. Weekly workouts give me an actual plan, and individual feedback from forums and support calls have helped me adjust mechanics and continually level up my throwing and footwork.

My experience with the Ultimate Academy has been truly transformative. When I started at UA I was causal player and after nearly year attending workshops and doing the prescribed field workouts, I am now playing at a competitive level.

This platform and Eric have been a solid foundation for my field and track still within ultimate as well as my IQ! I really recommend this group to anyone wanting to up their ultimate game and be in a supportive community where everyone is so willing to help!
