Hi guys, I'm trying to access Level 3 on the classroom & am short of 14 points 👉 so its currently locked 🔒

Please can I kindly request as many of you who read this 'like' my post so this can happen.

Also, if there are any investors out there looking to get onto the property market without having to get involved in the upgrade of the property I may have found a run down property that requires a deep clean, a new bathroom & kitchen & possibly electric update too, I'm not sure about the windows currently so will find out more shortly & crunch the numbers. If it's viable, and there sombody who is interested in being a sleeping partner for a negotiated return in the profits, I'm raring to go. Let me know if this is you. This group makes my ❤️ sing.
