Hi guys, I'm trying to access Level 3 on the classroom & am short of 14 points 👉 so its currently locked 🔒 Please can I kindly request as many of you who read this 'like' my post so this can happen. Also, if there are any investors out there looking to get onto the property market without having to get involved in the upgrade of the property I may have found a run down property that requires a deep clean, a new bathroom & kitchen & possibly electric update too, I'm not sure about the windows currently so will find out more shortly & crunch the numbers. If it's viable, and there sombody who is interested in being a sleeping partner for a negotiated return in the profits, I'm raring to go. Let me know if this is you. This group makes my ❤️ sing. Would love to know people thoughts on ways of covering the deposit for first property. Like what options are out there if someone that wanted to get into property and start building a portfolio but wouldnt necessarily have the 20k etc to put into the property.

Do this on Companies House. Simply; Pick a Company Name, Fill in the details, Select a SIC code. (a SIC code describes the type of economic activity in which the company is engaged). Companies across the entire UK - England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, use the same UK Standard Industrial Classification (UKSIC) system Here’s a link for you to find what SIC to use; https://resources.companieshouse.gov.uk/sic/ You can pay an accountant to do this, or, Do it yourself online for approx £100* (edit thanks Mirka Fris)
