Enter the Type•Circle: a space for women to understand the emotional patterns causing issues in their personal lives & master how to respond to others with clarity & zen-like calm. 💜
Within are 2 courses, one about how to fulfill your instincts in daily life - including what harms the instincts ("Instinctually Satisfy") - and the other about the full process on how to deal with your emotions & "ego types" inspired by Enneagram ("Emotional Ease").
Completing both courses takes around a month: each week you get access to a few videos (~10-30 min) and pdf files.
These courses are based on my experience from a decade of engaging with the Enneagram and other psych techniques to master my own emotions (and later coach my clients: https://typevolution.com).
