'Switch Channel' removed from my Profile in an update

Today when I sat down at my Surface laptop to work on my channel, I opened my Google account then went to YouTube. I then went to my profile at the upper right and looked for the 'Switch Channel' option. All I saw were options to change my display and other UI actions. So I opened settings and selected 'Manage or add channels' then a got the circle of doom and spent a lot of time waiting for nothing to happen. I then clicked back and started over to 'Manage channels and never got though. I don't know what to do except ask for help!
