A Lil’ About Me…

Hey everyone—I’m Nina 👋🏽

So glad to be here for my second go-round in the Content to Cash Challenge.

I’m a retired three-decade salon owner and artist, turned Teaching Pastor of Shift Today Ministries and Transformation Success Coach for the past 14 years.

My journey has taken me from salon chair to calling—from helping people look good on the outside to helping them realign, heal, and lead well from the inside out.

The one thing I’m known for?

Helping faith-driven people—especially women—move from holding it together to living whole. I blend biblical truth, emotional intelligence, and practical strategy to help people find clarity, regulate their inner world, and build lives, leadership, and businesses that actually work in real life.

I joined this challenge again because this season is different. Clearer head. Settled heart. Sharper focus. I’m here to master marketing systems, packaging, and scalable content, and to stay connected to communities like this outside of my own ecosystem—because growth loves good rooms.

What I bring to the table: depth, discernment, clarity, and consistency. What I’m here for: refinement, expansion, and aligned execution.
