Something Big is Happening -> Shifting Workflows and Being Ahead of the Curve
As I'm sure many of you have read, Matt Shumer (CEO of Otherside AI) recently published an exceptional essay on how disruptive and capable AI actually is. Link provided here, please read before you move on: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/something-big-happening-matt-shumer-so5he AI is here, it's proven, and pretending that not using it is a long-term benefit is delusional. In one day of prompting on my Bloomberg terminal, I was able to recreate work that would have taken me days to finish. Anyone not actively working on prompting, AI integration, and building their skillset with these tools will be left behind in the next 18-24 months. I would highly recommend everyone here read this and do some serious self-examination on their job, trajectory, and skillset - AI disruption is "when, not if" and is going to be unlike any other technological change in history.
