- 你有什么问题?nǐ yǒu shén me wèn tí? - What problem/question do you have?
- 请问 qǐng wèn - may I ask… / Excuse me
Example sentences:
- 请问一下,火车站在哪儿?qǐng wèn yī xià, huǒ chē zhàn zài nǎ’r? - Excuse me, where is the train station?
- 你可以问问题。nǐ kě yǐ wèn wèn tí. - You can/you’re allowed to ask questions.
- 我没有问题了。wǒ méi yǒu wèn tí le. - I don’t have (any more) questions.

Suggested practice activities (Inspired by our Weekly Checklist).
- Do shadowing (listen and repeat) with the audio.
- Write the sentences in characters.
- Test yourself writing out the new word in characters to memorise.
- Add the new word to your Mandarin flashcard app to learn it.
- Make sentences of your own with the new word.
- Use a dictionary (e.g. Pleco) to search for other example sentences using the key word in context.
- Break down the characters of the new word - have you seen these characters before? Where? What key radicals are there? What components have you seen before? Make links between this word and others you know (synonyms/antonyms etc.)
