⚽ Tip of the Week: 3-Minute Ball Control Challenge 🎯
A really simple way to help your child feel more confident on the ball at home:
Set a timer for 3 minutes and try this:
  • Tap the ball side to side using the inside of both feet (like passing it between your feet)
  • Gently push the ball forward with one foot, then the other
  • Lightly tap the top of the ball with your feet, one at a time
Focus on:
  • Keeping the ball close
  • Lots of small touches
  • Staying relaxed
Even doing this 2–3 times a week can make a big difference 👍
