Hiring Setters ($3-$4k/mo+ On Track Earnings…)

Are you a motivated and energetic appointment setter looking to join a fast-growing company with uncapped earning potential? We are looking for a talented setter to join our team and help us manage our high volume of inbound leads.

Your mission will be to qualify inbound leads, book them for demo calls with our closers, and ensure a high show rate. You will be the gatekeeper of our sales process, and your success will directly impact the success of our entire team.

This is a commission-based role with 10% commission per closed set($500-$600 commission on average) and $300 bonuses per 10 showed appointments. There is a base salary after the first 2 weeks.With our high lead volume and proven sales process, you will have the opportunity to earn a significant income while enjoying the flexibility of a 5-day work week and not more than 5-6hrs per day.

Earning potential is from $3-4k/mo for high performers.

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct 10-15 minute qualification calls with inbound leads

* Book qualified leads for demo calls with our closers

* Follow up with leads to ensure a high show rate

* Maintain accurate records in our CRM

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience as an appointment setter. Preferably in the construction industry

* Excellent communication and qualification skills

* A strong work ethic and a desire to succeed

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
