Busan BBQ Salmon
How to cook 10/10 salmon using three ingredients in under 20 minutes.
You’ll need:
- Wild caught sockeye salmon (stay away from farmed salmon - the wild caught sockeye is worth the extra money for taste and health.
- ENAK Seasonings Busan BBQ
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Steps to cook:
- put the salmon in the oven naked at 185 for 15 minutes
- remove from the oven, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle generously with the Busan BBQ seasoning
- put the salmon back in the oven on low broil for about five minutes until the salmon reaches an internal temp of 135-145
- cut the salmon into desired portions, plate, and serve!
