Good Friday!
Good Friday is a powerful reminder that even the heaviest grief has purpose. It’s a day that holds sorrow, reflection, and the weight of loss, but also truth. The kind that asks us not to run from our pain, but to sit with it honestly, in real time.
Grief can take a toll. It can feel overwhelming, raw, and unrelenting. But there’s something sacred about allowing it to be what it is—without rushing to fix it or soften it. Just living in it, breathing through it, and trusting that it’s shaping something deeper within us.
There is strength in that kind of honesty. Strength in staying present, even when it hurts. Good Friday shows us that even in the darkest moments, there is meaning—and eventually, there is renewal.
