Trance is a natural, learnable state of focused awareness — the same state that underlies hypnosis, meditation, absorption, and deep flow. In this group, you learn to recognize, enter, stabilize, and exit trance on purpose, building real skill rather than relying on guided experiences alone.
Each session combines guided practice with clear, accessible explanations drawn from nervous system regulation, attention, expectation, and neuroplasticity — not academic neuroscience, but enough understanding to know why these states influence pain, emotions, identity, creativity, and perception.
Practice in this group focuses on personal trance mastery: learning to work with your own internal state safely and repeatably. We explore how trance operates in healing and relationships, but the emphasis stays on self-directed skill, not performing trance work on others.
