First, think of your main niche. ex: FITNESS, MONEY ETC
Then think of 5 or more things you teach within that niche.
These are your "Content Pillars".
Then think of at least 5 or more"Micro-topics" for each content pillar.
For example: If your main niche was Fitness, 5 things you might talk about (content pillars) could be: Fat Loss, Muscle building, Nutrition, Mindset, and Recovery.
Then the microtopics within those content pillars might be:
- Fat Loss: Calorie strategies...step goals...meal swaps...progress breakdowns...fasting tips.
- Muscle Building: Lifting guides...form tips.. progressive overload...home vs. gym...supplement basics.
- Nutrition: Grocery hauls.. macro basics...protein comparisons...What I eat in a day...meal prep hacks.
- Mindset: Habit stacking...identity shifts...staying consistent.. discipline vs. motivation...beating burnout.
- Recovery: Sleep optimization...mobility routines...injury prevention...stress management...hydration.
Step 2: The Content Type (The "Angle")
Now, decide how you are going to approach that specific micro-topic:
- Educational: A straight-up tutorial. "Here is how you do X."
- Storytelling: A personal look at your journey/Literally tell a story. "How I struggled with X and what happened."
- Authority: A hot take or an "unpopular opinion." "Why everyone is wrong about X."
Step 3: The Style (The "Look")
Finally, choose the visual format for the post:
- Talking Head: You speaking directly to the camera/They see your face. (this builds the most trust).
- B-Roll: Footage of you doing something with a voiceover or text on screen.
- Just a Picture: A screenshot, a chart, or a photo of you with a caption.
The Math of Unlimited Content
When you combine these three steps, the math is in your favor.
If you have 5 Pillars (each with 5 micro-topics), 3 Content Types, and 3 Styles, you suddenly have hunreds of unique video ideas when you start mixing and matching them.
Example: The "Nutrition" Pillar (Grocery Hauls)
- Video A (Educational + Talking Head): Explaining the top 3 high-protein items at Aldi.
- Video B (Storytelling + B-Roll): A montage of you shopping with a voiceover about how you used to buy junk food when stressed.
- Video C (Authority + Just a Picture): A photo of a "healthy" granola bar with text explaining why it's actually stalling your fat loss.
The "Double Down" Strategy
Test these combinations out.
When you hit a "winner"...meaning a video that gets 10x the views or lands you new Skool members... double down on it.
You don't have to reinvent the wheel every video.
Feel free to keep remaking that same video over and over.
Maybe slightly changing the hook or the background.
Also if the Educational + B-Roll version of a topic blew up for example, immediately film the Storytelling + Talking Head version of that same topic.
You already know the audience wants that info; you’re just serving it in a different flavor!
