The Fear of Failure
There is not a worse feeling then, working super hard but having nothing to show for it and your deadline is approaching…
Whether that be a deadline for the exam or the deadline of the end of the summer holidays or whatever.
It sucks it Is a really bad feeling.
But it doesn't have to be that way.
It shouldn’t
You should be able to feel perfectly calm and content with regardless you succeed or fail.
Really the “magic” trick to avoiding the fear of failure is being okay worst case scenario.
That is why it is important to have back up options like for example, of the thing you are fearing failure on is a university test, making a note somewhere and titling it “Back up option” or something.
Of you fill out that note and the back up option is pretty good, of course not as good of you succeed but still pretty good that is it!
Also in that note aswell, you can still be hopeful towards the thing you failed on, maybe it was some kind of exam, a failed business, something like that, in the note you could write about how you could try the same thing again in the future too, that would be very helpful.
Hope this helps bro. 🫵
