This is a quick reset for the week. If things felt messy, rushed, or unfocused, that does not mean you failed. It usually means structure slipped, not effort. Here is the only question that matters right now: What is one small piece of structure you can put back in place this week? Not ten habits. Not a full reset. One anchor. That could be: - A fixed wake-up window - One protected focus block - A short nightly reset - A single habit done at the same time each day - Momentum does not come from intensity. It comes from repeatable order. Think of one thing you are recommitting to this week . Keep it simple. Built. Not Born.
