Today I woke up at 4:50 AM, but last night I slept at 1:00 AM. Lately, my daily schedule has been very intense these days. I usually wake up at 4:50 AM, attend the morning meeting, do my self-healing routine, go to the gym, join the team meeting, and then start work. My calls continue until around 9:00 PM. After that, I focus on skill training, practice, and complete my remaining rituals like accountability and planning.
With this routine, I realised that my body and mind have not been getting enough proper rest, especially since I am also working on improving my physical fitness. I don’t want to make excuses, but today I genuinely felt low on energy. I couldn’t wake up at 5:00 AM for the morning meeting and skipped the gym.
However, instead of giving up, I chose to rest for an extra hour and then pushed myself to work more effectively during the day.
From today onward, I will try to manage things properly, wake up at 5:00 AM again, go to the gym, and follow my routine with better balance while also making sure I give my body the rest it truly needs.
