Recently, I am facing some health challenges..It's been a week now... That I am not Consistent with my habits, cannot able to wakeup on time... It takes more time for me to complete my regular work... It feela very overwhelming...
That negative thinking comes in and haunts me, that I might stay mediocre the way I was before....
