Today I failed to wake up at 5 AM, so I've always been a night person. I never slept early between 10 PM and 12 at night from the last 3-4 years, and I always wanted to wake up early and start my day, When I joined this community and took the challenge to wake up early with my mentor and sleep early it's my biggest challenge I am facing, waking up is not much hard for me but sleeping early is getting hard for me, and I am continuously trying to build this routine and habit.
It will take some time, but I am for sure I will not leave it this time, I will prove myself to myself.
Actually, yesterday I woke up at 5 AM and didn't sleep after that, so basically, I slept only 3 hours yesterday. The whole day, I was feeling burned out but didn't get time to sleep or take a nap at least, and then last night also I slept at 2 AM. So yes, I will post one day that I did it.
