I’ve been lucky enough to coach alongside some amazing coaches.
Working extensively with schools, colleges, club and the county / national programmes for both the male and female game.
My aim is simple. I want to keep growing the game, introducing new people to the game and getting those in it already to get the most out of it.
This includes helping beginners enjoy the game, developing age grade players through the DPP / Academy settings with 3 premiership clubs and 2 championship clubs.
Assisting some on their pathway through to national selection.
As a coach I am heavily player centred. It’s about helping players enjoy their rugby and achieve their goals.
I tackle all angles from nutrition to strength and conditioning to game awareness.
It’s not about giving players a script:
We give them a tool box. Teach them what the tools do and how to use them and let them build the game they want to play, using the tools at their disposal.
After all - It’s their game!
