100 pushups. Break them up however you need to. Just get them done before Sunday. Post your count when you finish. No excuses, no exceptions. If you can't do traditional pushups, do them fucking vertical on a wall to start. Do them 45 degrees on a chair or park bench, idgaf, do them.

At some point every man has a moment where he realizes the life he is living is not the life he actually chose. He just drifted into it. The job, the routine, the relationships, the version of himself he shows the world. None of it was a real decision. It just happened.
