Let's do some calcs
Right now I'm at 83.3 (periodic) % of level 9. We have completed about 300° degrees of the full circle (it's like if we were at 10 am on a wall clock). Only 60° remain (or about a couple of hours before we hit noon/midnight and find out what happens (secret level 10!?)).
