Guys why do everyone hate Vienna
In Lucas’s post what they only vote Vienna once (not including me)
Ofc
I’m a 1700 Elo player
Even though levy recommends it
Scotch is ok but opponent will know what to do
While Vienna surprises opponent and make them blunder
Play the Vienna gambit: e4 e5 nc3 nf6 f4
It outsmarts most of your opponents
If they take, e5 is obviously better for white
If not nf6 but nc6, then bc4 if bc5 then Qg4 and white wins 63% of the time
JUST TRY IT and STOP SAYING “ VIENNA IS DUMB “
