Decreasing Blunders (Part 11)
Here are some tips to help you reduce blunders in chess :
  1. Focus on Your Opponent’s Moves: Pay close attention to your opponent’s last move and try to understand their intentions.
  2. Scan the Entire Board: Look at the whole board, not just the area where the action is happening.
  3. Take Your Time: Avoid rushing your moves, especially in critical positions.
  4. Stay Calm and Focused: Maintaining a calm and focused mind throughout the game can help you avoid blunders.
  5. Learn from Your Mistakes: After each game, review your moves and identify where you went wrong.
  6. Use an Anti-Blunder Checklist: Before making a move, go through a mental checklist to ensure you’re not missing anything important.
By incorporating these tips into your practice, you’ll likely see a reduction in blunders and an improvement in your overall game. Happy playing! ♟️
