Tom’s Animal Drawing Academy gave me a structured way to get back into drawing while still letting me go at my own pace. If you're serious about the craft, it's worth every penny, and Tom's level of detail blows any YouTube tutorial out of the water. Highly recommend for anyone wanting real, focused instruction instead of scattered tips and the skills I’ve learned here with each animal can be applied to a variety of subjects.

I am so happy to have found this class. I am following the recommended progression, starting with the graphite pictures. I have not been overwhelmed because Tom focuses on small sections of the drawing, calling out the pencil number and explaining why he is using that particular pencil. After all the sessions were done I had created a realistic drawing . When you finish his program you will have the ability and confide to do your own work.

I've tried a few different ways of learning to draw and this is the one that has stuck for me. Tom's Skool is a very friendly and supportive space with many different opportunities for feedback. Tom is ever present and happy to offer advice and encouragement as your drawings develop. Videos are split into chapters around 20-60 minutes and you can post pictures of your work for comments and support after each one. Very much enjoying the tutorials and support.

I am more than happy with Tom's Skool. I am very impressed with the amount of work he is putting into developing the range of teaching material that he is offering. His work and the teaching is excellent and he is more than diligent in answering any questions and reviewing work. I am enjoying the tutorials and learning a good deal of new methods and techniques.
