Greeting in Japanese🗣️🇯🇵
-ありがとう(ございます)
”arigatou gozaimasu” means “Thank you” in English. If you want to say it casually, you can say “arigatou” but for people you need to show respect, you need to use the formal one “arigatou gozaimasu”
-どういたしまして
”dou itashi mashite” means “You’re welcome”. But it’s little long phrase, so native Japanese people don’t use this that mush. Instead, we use “iie”.
“iie” means “no” in general but you can use this for “you’re welcome”. When someone thank you, you can tell them “iie!”😊
