Your routine builds your future. I believe your daily habits are non negotiable because the way you live each day becomes the life you create long term. I wake up around 6am. I have worked in the trades most of my life, so waking up early has always been part of my lifestyle. It gives me structure, discipline, and a strong start before the world gets noisy. The first thing I do is avoid my phone for the first 30 minutes. No scrolling. No distractions. No checking messages straight away. I want to control my mind before the world starts trying to control my attention. Iโll usually have a colder shower in the morning because there are a lot of benefits around discipline, energy, focus, and starting the day doing something uncomfortable. After that, I do my skincare and grooming routine so I feel fresh, clean, and presentable. How you look after yourself matters. When you feel sharp, you move different. Then I take my supplements and make breakfast. I try to eat clean and lean most of the time, but I also understand we are not always going to be perfect. The goal is to build a lifestyle you can actually stick to. After breakfast, I train. Most days Iโll do around 1 hour of weights followed by 1 hour of cardio. I also aim for a minimum of 10,000 steps a day because I work at a desk a lot now, so I need to keep my body moving. If I can, Iโll use the sauna after training. Then Iโll usually grab a black coffee as my little morning treat. When I get home, I have my second meal of the day and get ready for work. Most of my work now is social media, business, systems, content, community, and building the future I want. I usually work 9 to 5, but realistically I am often still on the computer until 9pm or later. This is the season I am in. I am building. I am focused. I do not drink. I do not go out much. I am locked in on my mission and goals because I believe your 20s are one of the most important decades of your life. Two to three times a week, I also train Muay Thai.
