If you've ever had a panic attack, you're gonna wanna listen up. Panic attacks make it difficult to release trauma because you carry the anticipatory phobia that it could happen again. Before you know it, you're avoiding people places and things that you fear could trigger a reaction. But they're easier to eliminate than you've been told. You just need the proper tools.
