The One Thing Courts Hope You Never Learn About Jurisdiction…
American courts operate under Admiralty/Commercial jurisdiction,
BUT the Bible is still recognized in U.S. law as a foundational legal authority above statutory courts.
This is not because courts follow the Bible…
but because American law is built on biblical principles, and this cannot be separated from the structure of “Law of the Land.”
This is also why:
- Oaths are taken on the Bible
- Perjury laws originate from scripture
- “The Creator” is invoked in the Declaration of Independence
- The Constitution acknowledges rights as pre-existing, not granted
- Common Law inherits directly from Christian biblical law
So comprehend —
⚡ The Bible is a higher authority than Admiralty/Commercial Codes.
⚡ The court only controls the PERSON.
⚡ Not the Man made in God’s image.
This is HUGE! Once you grasp how this works everything makes so much more sense!
1. Admiralty & Commercial Courts Are BELOW the Law of the Land
There are 3 jurisdictions:
1. Law of the Land (Common Law) — God > Man > Government
Derived from:
- Scripture
- Natural law
- English common law
- Magna Carta
2. Law of Equity (private trusts, contracts)
3. Admiralty/Maritime (commercial, corporate, debt)
This is the jurisdiction 99% of courtrooms ACTUALLY operate under.
But here’s the key:
Admiralty has NO authority over a living Man standing on the Law of the Land under God.
This is why courts must convert you into:
- a PERSON
- a vessel
- a surety
- a corporate fiction
- a defendant
Because they CANNOT touch the Man of God without your consent.
THE AH-HA! MOMENT 💡
2. Separation of Church & State Was Designed to Prevent Church-Controlled Government — NOT to Remove God from Law (As public school likes to impress)
This is the biggest public misunderstanding.
The Founders NEVER intended to remove God from law.
They intended to prevent the government from controlling religion.
This means:
- God is above the State
- Rights come from the Creator
- Man inherits rights
- Government is subordinate
- Statutes CANNOT override natural rights
Therefore:
⚡ If your rights come from the Creator, the court cannot take what it didn’t give.
This destroys admiralty jurisdiction the moment you assert it correctly.
3. “No man comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6)
This is NOT just theology. “You can only be saved through the father…”
It is jurisdictional structure. Separation Powers of Church & State. These principles are used in the courts today.
In the same way an adolescent needs a guardian or “father” to administer on their behalf and cannot self-govern, you become the child in assumpsit, and the father (your chosen authority) must bail you out.
So you must choose: Who is your father — the State or God?
In other words… you can literally only be saved through the Father — God, or God the Father — because true sovereignty comes from the Creator. Through God the Father and Christ the Lamb, all debts are paid and atoned according to the Law of the Land (the Bible), which holds authority even over the judge.
This is not conspiracy. This is historical fact — not religious doctrine, although it parallels it. Most people don’t know the Bible is a recognized legal foundation in the courtroom, regardless of personal belief. This is how courts acknowledge it, and why they operate under principles inherited from canon law.
However, if you choose the State as your father, be assured:
there will be debts to pay, and you will be subject to the State-father’s rulings.
So in court, understand that you voluntarily choose who your authority is, and which jurisdiction governs you.
Here’s how it works:
- God is the Creator (ultimate authority).
- Man is created in God’s image with FREE WILL.
- Only through relationship to God do you inherit rights.
- Man stands above government unless knowingly or unknowingly stepping into their jurisdiction or contract.
- Corporate PERSONS do NOT stand above government in fact are assets to the United States per 15 USC § 4724(e)(1)
- If you don’t know what kind of “person” you are, they will tell you — and make you their asset.
- Ignorance of the law is no excuse in both the Bible and the courts.
- Acquiescence and estoppel: the silent contract. By not speaking up and asserting your rights, you waive them.
- Your acts and appearance in court are considered fully voluntary.
- Government can only regulate its own creations (corporations/PERSONS).
- You are the true creditor and administrator, NOT the debtor.
- Ignorance of the law is no excuse — in both the Bible and the courts.
- You must know who you are, or they will decide for you.
So legally & spiritually:
Man comes from God.
The PERSON comes from the State.
Courts can ONLY govern the PERSON.
They cannot govern the Man unless you step into that PERSON role.
“My body is a temple of the Holy Spirit…” — 1 Corinthians 6:19
When I stand as the living man in the temple of my own body, I proclaim my true status before God — endowed with unalienable rights, operating under the Law of the Land, and protected by the separation of Church and State.
But this status only exists if “I AM” in Him, because Christ made the jurisdictional line explicit:
“Abide in Me, and I in you… for without Me you can do nothing.” — John 15:4–5
“Whoever believes in Me has everlasting life.” — John 6:47
To “abide in Him” is not religious fluff —
it is a jurisdictional claim, a declaration that I remain within God’s authority and outside the reach of Babylonian/Admiralty courts.
However…
If I am not in the temple of the Holy Spirit —
if I am ignorant, unaware, unclaimed, or standing in court like an adolescent who cannot self-govern…
then I place myself back under the jurisdiction of the ancient Temples of Baal,
where the State becomes my “father,”
and I unknowingly offer my pound of flesh into their commercial system of debt, surety, and sacrifice.
🔥 With the Father, I stand in sovereignty.
Without Him, I stand as an offering.
If you enter as the PERSON, you are a vessel in commerce.
If you stand as a Man of God, you are under the Law of the Land. It’s literally that simple.
4. The Bible as a Legal Document in U.S. Courts
Most people miss this completely:
A. Laws against perjury come directly from scripture
- “Do not bear false witness.” (Exodus 20:16)
B. The concept of sworn testimony is biblical
- “By the mouth of two or three witnesses…” (Deut. 19:15)
C. The concept of natural rights comes from scripture
- Life
- Liberty
- Property (Thou shalt not steal)
D. American law acknowledges the Creator as the source of rights
Declared explicitly in:
- Declaration of Independence
- Early court cases
- Blackstone’s Commentaries
- Congressional records
E. Every oath of office in America acknowledges a higher power
Even if you affirm instead of swear.
Why?
Because the courts recognize God as the higher jurisdiction.
This means:
⚡ Any man standing under God outranks any commercial man-made court.
🔥 IN SUMMARY:
Admiralty courts only work on the PERSON.
The Bible protects the Man.
Rights come from the Creator — not the court.
That’s why the Bible outranks Admiralty.
Separation of church and state was never meant to remove God from law.
It was meant to prevent government from replacing Him.
