One thing I've realized is that healing isn't always about making tinnitus disappear.
Sometimes it's noticing that:
✨ You recover from a spike faster.
✨ You stop checking it every few minutes.
✨ You get back to your day instead of letting it take over.
✨ You spend more time living than monitoring.
Those changes can be easy to overlook because they're not as obvious as silence.
But they're still progress.
Some days will feel easier than others and that's okay.
Instead of asking, Why is it louder today?
try asking, How differently am I responding today compared to a few months ago?
Sometimes the biggest victory isn't a quieter tinnitus.
It's a calmer you. 🤍
Have you noticed any small wins on your journey lately? I'd love to hear them. 💙
