If your schedule allows it, walking outside at the beginning of the day can be very effective way to start the day relaxed and focused.
Regular walking helps calm your nervous system, reduces stress, and supports overall health — all of which make tinnitus easier for your brain to manage. Even a short daily walk can lower tension and create the right conditions for relief.
If your family is blessed with a dog member, then this can be even more enjoyable. 🐕
