Iโ€™m planning another live tinnitus community event on Saturday, June 27th, and Iโ€™d love your input. ๐Ÿ“…
Weโ€™ve had some really meaningful workshops recently, and one of the things Iโ€™ve enjoyed most is not just the teaching part, but the time where people could simply open up, share what theyโ€™re going through, talk about wins, challenges, routines, setbacks, and support each other in a very real way.
So for this next event, Iโ€™m thinking of doing something a little more conversational:
-> First 30 minutes: Iโ€™ll cover one tinnitus-related topic that the community votes for.
-> Second 30 minutes: Open conversation, Q&A, and community discussion.
This can be about what I covered, or it can simply be a space to talk about whatโ€™s been happening for you โ€” challenges, wins, questions, daily life, coping, routines, anything that feels relevant.
The event will be: ๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐˜†, ๐—๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฒ ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿณ๐˜๐—ต
9:00 AM Pacific
10:00 AM Mountain
12:00 PM Eastern
5:00 PM UK / Ireland
6:00 PM Central Europe
Please vote below for the topic youโ€™d most like me to cover. ๐ŸŽฏ
If your topic isnโ€™t listed, please comment with what youโ€™d like me to cover.
I really want this to be useful and relevant to what people are actually dealing with right now. ๐Ÿ™
1. The difference between coping, control, and habituation
2. How to rebuild normal routines when tinnitus has taken over your life
3. Why tinnitus gets harder when you start avoiding parts of your life โ€” and how to gently rebuild confidence
4. Other โ€” tell me in the comments ๐Ÿ‘‡
