Fall Line Forestry
Trees don’t care about confidence. They respond to physics, force, and gravity—every time.
Fall Line Forestry is a practical, no-nonsense community focused on safe, intentional tree work. It covers ground-based felling, climbing awareness, and industry-proven best practices used by experienced loggers and arborists in the field.
This community is hosted by Kyle Parsloe, a BC-certified hand faller and utility arborist, born and raised in Jasper, Alberta, and now working and living in the Robson Valley, British Columbia. The knowledge shared here comes from real terrain, real consequences, and real work—not theory or internet shortcuts.
Inside, you’ll learn how to assess lean, load, tension, and hinge wood; choose the right cut for the situation; understand how climbing decisions affect felling outcomes; and know when a tree should be felled, dismantled, or left alone.
