Sat nam! My name is Paola, and I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher for more than 10 years. I am here to expand this beautiful practice to anybody that didn't even take a yoga class before but it feels curious about it. This style is a technology that combines physical exercises (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), sound (mantra), sound healing (specially Gong sound), meditation and relaxation. Kundalini refers to a spiritual energy located at the base of the spine, that when it is awaken increase your awareness, balance, inner calm and deeper connection to the self. In this practice we use specific Kriyas (sequences) that have a deeper intention and helps to release stress, balance emotions, open mental clarity, spiritual growth and increase of your energy and focus, as well as have a deeper sense of self love and self care. Each session (1.5 hours) includes a dynamic breathing exercises, repetitive movements, meditation and chanting, focus on mindfulness and self-discipline, and relaxation with sound bath. In this community I will be offering full sessions that I will pre-record so you can use it at any time, as well as mini sequencies (6 to 12 min). Some of them will be focusing on body movements, some of them on breathing techniques with a mindfulness approach, and some will be just mantras that sometimes will be accompanied by mudras (hands postures). It is my intention for you to start a deeper connection to YOU, and start to let go everything and anything that it is still holding you to be 100% yourself. This is a practice to awaken our awareness that increases our frequencies towards liberation and experience love as it is, the full creative energy.
