Hey everyone, I’m Hamdy from Edmonton 👋
Excited to be here! I’m brand new to high-ticket sales and working on landing my first appointment setter role. I’m also started a Psychology degree this fall, so I’m keeping busy. Before this, I founded and ran my school store, which is where I learned to sell face to face. My goal for the next 90 days is to get placed on an offer as a setter, book my first appointments, and roleplay every day with a small crew. The biggest thing I’m working on is staying calm when a prospect pushes back, especially on cold calls, so I don’t freeze on objections. One thing most people don’t know about me: I speak three languages, English, Arabic, and Oromo.
WELCOME TO TIER ONE FREE
READ THIS BEFORE YOU BEGIN You just made a decision most people never make: you got in the room. This community was built by Tettey Tetteh and Tristan Bannister: over $15M generated across setting, closing, and managing roles, and 250+ reps placed on elite offers. We built this space for one reason: to give beginners and developing reps what we wish we had when we started. This is not a place to lurk and hope the information works for you. It's a place to learn, practice, and execute. The people who win here are the ones who show up. Read this whole message before you post. It'll take you 3 minutes. 📜 COMMUNITY RULES 1. No pitching or selling in the chats or DMs. Don't promote your offer, course, or service. This is a training ground, not a lead list. If you're caught cold-pitching members, you're out. 2. No fake income claims. If you share a win, be ready to back it up. Inflated numbers poison the room and mislead beginners. 3. Respect everyone. Push each other hard, but never tear each other down. Feedback should be direct and constructive, never personal. 4. Extreme ownership only. We don't blame leads, setters, offers, or the economy here. The question is always, "What could I have done better?" 5. Protect confidential information. Never share prospect names, call recordings with identifying details, or internal offer materials you don't have permission to share. 6. Keep channels on topic. Post wins in wins, questions in questions, and roleplay requests in roleplay. A clean community is a useful community. 7. No job postings without approval. If you're an offer owner or sales manager looking to hire, message an admin first. 8. No spam, no low-effort posts. "How do I get started?" with zero context won't get you far. Give detail and you'll get detail back. Break the rules and you'll get one warning. Break them again and you're removed. Simple. 🎯 WHAT TO EXPECT Here's what you'll find inside: - Real training on the fundamentals: discovery, tonality, frame control, objection handling, and the mindset that holds it all together.
