🌿 Community Guidelines
A safe, supportive, and growth‑centered space for learning, creativity, and transformation is what we maintain. Here’s How. --- 1. Lead With Respect • Treat every member with dignity, patience, and kindness. • Honor differences in background, culture, ability, and experience. • Assume good intentions and seek understanding before reacting. --- 2. Create a Safe Space • No bullying, shaming, or hostile behavior. • No discriminatory language of any kind. • Trauma‑informed awareness: speak to people, not at them. • If something feels unsafe, report it privately to the moderators. --- 3. Protect Privacy • Do not share screenshots, stories, or personal details from this community outside of it. • Respect confidentiality when members share struggles, wins, or sensitive experiences. • For minors: no identifying information, no direct messaging without parent/guardian involvement. --- 4. Engage With Purpose • Share ideas, ask questions, and contribute to the collective growth. • Stay on topic within each channel. • Add value when you comment — encouragement, insight, or thoughtful reflection. --- 5. Communicate With Clarity • Use clear, kind, and emotionally intelligent language. • Avoid sarcasm, vague negativity, or passive‑aggressive comments. • If you disagree, do so respectfully and with curiosity. --- 6. No Spam or Self‑Promotion • No unsolicited promotions, links, or sales pitches. • If you want to share a resource, make sure it directly supports the community’s mission. • Personal projects can be shared only in designated spaces (if enabled). --- 7. Honor the Learning Environment • Celebrate progress — yours and others’. • Ask for help when you need it; offer help when you can. • Stay open to feedback, growth, and new perspectives. --- 8. Follow the Community Structure • Use the correct channels for posts. • Complete onboarding steps before engaging deeply. • Follow instructions from moderators and community leaders. --- 9. Protect the Creative Space • No plagiarism or copying others’ work without permission.

THE PEOPLE WHO WILL BUILD THE FUTURE OF TICAM
TICAM is not built on content. It’s built on people. The connectors. The mentors. The gatherers. The leaders. The ones who see possibility where others see problems. The ones who build community when others build walls. The ones who create belonging when others create barriers. The ones who carry hope when others carry exhaustion. TICAM is the home for these people. A place where their gifts are not just appreciated—they are activated. A place where their influence is not just recognized—it is rewarded. A place where their leadership is not just needed—it is scaled. A place where their creativity is not just welcomed—it is monetized. These are the people who will build the TICAM movement. These are the people who will shape this new industry. These are the people who will carry TICAM into schools, nonprofits, churches, and communities across the nation. And they will do it because TICAM gives them something rare: A chance to lead. A chance to earn. A chance to build. A chance to matter.
