Data from smart scales
We often see numbers on scales fluctuate and by human nature we panic. A slight increase will see us go into panic mode and think that we have blown all of our hard work.
The reality is that life can impact us, if we are tired, work or family stresses and hormones and impact water retention. The reality is that to add fat, we have to eat excessively - so do not panic!
