We often say move forward.
But forward can mean many things.
Moving forward no matter what.
Moving forward while carrying loose ends.
Moving forward simply because everyone else is moving.
Forward is motion.
Not always growth.
Lately, I’ve been thinking that a more honest direction is moving 𝘶𝘱𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥.
Moving upward means taking a step and cleaning what’s behind.
It’s progress with elevation.
Motion with meaning.
Forward can keep you busy.
Upward asks you to integrate, release, and rise.
The difference isn’t speed.
It’s consciousness.
Growth isn’t about how far you go,
it’s about how much you elevate along the way.
