Getting Recalibrated✨
people are a bit overwhelmed right now…stretching themselves thin and feeling like can we just get a break?
i am seeing it more and more with my one on one clients…more people stepping into being seen, starting new endeavours, taking their business to the next level, leaving relationships they’ve been outgrowing, different health issues emerging…it’s been quite the ride I would say.
even for me, after a very busy June- i had to take the time to stop and reassess what I was committing to. I had to take a pause to get aligned with what I am actually building and calling into my life.
I’ve been getting back into my manifestation rituals, my journaling, looking at my astrology transits and bringing ceremony into my everyday life.

and sometimes, we need a little help with that. i am lucky that i have an amazing team of healers and guides to help me through bodywork, energy work, sound therapy, you name it.
and now, as i expand my offerings and what i am here to do…i am building this community both online and in person.

using sound and a guided meditation, we will go in deep to connect to the version of ourselves that doesn’t have to push or hustle their way into finding clients…
we learn to receive by tuning into the energy and frequency of what it feels like.
