BATH SALTS
Lets have a bit of self love with todays D. I.Y recipe!
1/2 Cup Bi Carb
1/2 Cup Epsom Salts
20 drops of Essential Oil
(Peppermint, Lavender, Stress Away or Panaway all have some great benefits)
Remember- Essential oils are not regulated! I recommend Young Living for seed to seal and 3rd party testing!
Mix Ingredients together and then let dry! Store in a glass jar and add a tablespoon to the bath or foot soak!!
