BOB Starter vault v2.4.0 released

Release v2.4.0 of the starter vault is updated.

What's new/different

1. KPI loop v2 + the scoreboard — new KPI.base (RAG scoreboard with live values + trend sparklines) and the whole KPI-note machinery.

2. ~15 new Bases (data views) — KPI.base, and a finance/ops set: Fixed-Assets, Leases, ECL-Assessments, Period-Closes, Provisions, Performance-Obligations, Gratuity-Provisions, WPS-Records, References, Audit-Processes, Operational-Audit, Processes, Content-Calendar, courseware-tracking, plus pomodoro-stats.

3. BOB Workspace coverage expansion — new nav groups (Marketing / HR & People / Research & Knowledge), Finance "Assets & Close", Audit wired, explicit base wiring (the plugin config + entities changed).

4. Datamodel refinements (60 schema files) — new entities behind those Bases (fixed-asset, lease, ECL, period-close, provisions, performance-obligation, gratuity, WPS, references, audit-processes), kpi_category: product, meeting company_id/company_type, conditional client_id, period-close reconciliation.

5. Skill content upgrades (227 skill files) — same 167 skills, but many rewritten/deepened.

The most visible changeis in the BOB workspace with tighter base integration, widgets and help system built-in.
