The MINDFiT (overview) framework is a guide for personal transformation through five modules:
Alignment clarifies goals, purpose, and outcomes. Awareness builds self-reflection around triggers, thoughts, and behaviours. Mind Models explain how the mind processes information through filters and patterns. Emotional Awareness develops emotional literacy, regulation, and guidance. Community integrates learning through shared support, accountability, and self-leadership for lasting change.
