In recent years it has come apparent that the truth is not always welcomed especially when it's not wrapped in a pretty bow and a kiss but rather reveals what we are not ready to hear or accept. Embrace the truth for she will always set you free.

Facing what makes us feel uncomfortable builds character in many ways. Firstly, we are able to learn what it is that makes us uncomfortable and challenge it so we may override. Secondly, we realize there was nothing to fear after all. Remember! Victory is on the otherside of our fears.

We often devalue our existence by the lack of self-care towards ourselves. Dare to put yourself first today no matter how foreign it may feel or no matter how selfish it may come across. Remember you cannot love another until to love yourself, the same applies to assisting and inspiring others. One must be inspired to inspire just as one must help oneself in order to help another.

At times we doubt ourselves without even trying. This may be due fears of how we will be received and perceived. The key is to focus on the task at hand and push through anyway. No matter what happens you will learn something. Give it a go.

In observing the disappearance of desire this provides clarity to the drive and force behind our wants. Are we genuinely in need? or does our environment, status and position determine what we desire? The answer may be uncomfortable yet liberating.
