Good morning Ladies, here is another recipe that I tried today
It is a protein pancakes made with cottage cheese oats banana. In one scoop of protein powder They said to put brown sugar in it. I put a date in it. Baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla and two eggs. It yields about seven pancakes. You can eat two pancakes. It was 150 calories 16 g of protein and I have to say they are very delicious. Will definitely keep these in rotation
