Been through the ringer in this real estate game — scammed and taken for a whole lot of money by people who talked a big game and delivered nothing.
Then I found Everett, Andrew, and this awesome team. Within our first 30 days we closed a $20K deal (we get 70% of it). Real numbers, real closings.
The coaching, the systems, the closers — everything actually works. Plan is 6 figures a month with this team in the next 90-120 days
The Wolf of Wholesaling team is the real deal 🔥🔥🔥

Thanks to this Skool group and Everett, I was able to get 2 deals CLOSED in my first 90 days of ever doing this!! I made $52,000.00 which is the most Ive ever made in 1 year let alone 90 days!!! I wish I would have joined this Skool group a lot sooner, instead of these other wholesale groups that gatekeep information/ strategies and don't help you to actually close deals!
