Introduction
Hello, and thank you to everyone who has chosen to stand with this movement. I want to take a moment to share who I am—and why this community exists. My name is Mason Marriott, and I am someone who has walked through more storms than I can count. There were moments in my life when giving up would have been the easier path… but by God’s strength, I didn’t. He carried me when my own strength failed, and for that I’m endlessly grateful. I won’t tell my whole story here, but I will tell you this: I was born into adversity—congenital defects, heart and lung issues, osteoarthritis, health problems caused by drugs and alcohol in utero. Childhood brought food insecurity, poverty, the weight of addicted parents, and the loss of both of them by age twelve. From there, I learned how painful it can be when the people meant to protect you become the ones who break your trust. Those years left a deep void in me. But they also forged resilience I didn’t yet understand. Despite everything, I’ve built a life I’m proud of. It wasn’t easy to turn the ship around. It took years of hard choices, hard lessons, and harder truths. But the journey—every painful step of it—was worth it. The Will To Live was born from that journey. From the conviction that no one is too broken, too behind, or too lost to rise. That your past doesn’t get the final say. That there is strength, purpose, and joy ahead of you that you may not even believe you deserve yet. This community exists to remind you of that truth: You are capable of more than what tried to destroy you. And you don’t have to rise alone. Whatever you’re fighting through—mental, physical, emotional, financial—there is a path forward. You just have to be willing to answer the call. It won’t be easy. But it will be worth it. Welcome to The Will To Live. A movement. A mission. A place for those who refuse to stay where life left them.
