Case studies are pretty much the only marketing that matters when you're starting out. You can talk about your 'framework, roadmap or system' all day, but people want to see that your stuff actually works for people like them. Encourage your members to share their wins. Try this: 1. Create a 'Wins' category in your community. 2. Once a week, tag your most active members and ask: 'What was your biggest breakthrough this week?' 3. Take their replies, screenshot them, and put them on your about page. It feels a bit awkward to ask at first, but if what you provide is working for them, they will love sharing when they're winning.
