Challenge your members to spend just 10 minutes engaging with other people’s posts inside their community every day for one week.
Not posting — engaging.
Why this works!
People remember the ones who show up in their comments. When you intentionally become active in your members’ world for even 10 minutes a day, you instantly become a familiar face. Familiar faces = trust… and trust = growth.
🔥 Engagement Tip #2 — “The First 5 Rule”
Encourage your members to reply to the first 5 people who comment on their post with a thoughtful question.
Instead of “thanks,” reply with:
“Good point — what made you think of that?”
or
“That’s interesting — how would you do it?”

Questions create conversations. Conversations turn a dead post into a mini firestorm. More comments = the algorithm loves you = more visibility.
