Once a week, post a single powerful quote, clip, or idea from someone your members already respect (big creator, industry leader, athlete, etc.)🥳
Rule:
Members can’t just like or comment “facts”.
They must reply with:
“How I’ll apply this in the next 24 hours.”
Then pin the thread for the day.💪
👉 This works because
- People feel social pressure to act, not just comment
- You’re leveraging authority without creating content yourself
- Follow-up naturally happens when people come back to report results
The Silent Winner Challenge⭐️
Announce a 24-hour challenge but don’t explain how winners are chosen.
Example:
“One person in this thread will get featured tomorrow. No rules. Go.”
Members will:
- Comment
- Reply to each other
- Ask questions
- Overthink it (which increases engagement)
Next day, reward someone who added value to others, not the loudest person.
👉 This trains members that:
- Helping others = recognition
- Engagement isn’t just noise, it’s contribution
