There’s something about certain songs that just shift everything. They drop you right into the moment - into your body, your surroundings, and everything happening around you. A good handful of these are actually on my fave playlist!

Today feels like an invitation to slow down and notice. What are you doing in honor of Earth Day? Taking a walk? Standing next to a pond? Touching a tree? Sitting by an open window and actually listening? Those cardinals with their distinctive chirps around 7:00 always seem to know exactly when to show up.

Music has a way of anchoring these moments. It becomes the backdrop to being present, appreciating what’s around you, and getting out of your head for a bit.
